Degree in Law, Master in Procedural Law, with other studies in labor and social security law, as well as in labor matters; Sexual and reproductive rights; Family Law in Nicaragua and Negotiation based on interests answer of demand of the contentious administrative, tax and customs. 

Co-owner of a renowned Law Firm specialized in legal advice, litigation: Civil Law, Family and Notarial Law. He has served as a processing officer, so he knows very well the customs and tax administrative processes; notification of procedural orders and resolutions within the administrative process; creation of the Certificates of Service of Orders and Resolutions; Reception, referral and transfer of customs and tax files; Drafting of Procedural and Resolute orders and closure and archiving of administrative files. 

He has also worked in litigation: family law, civil law, customs law, tax law and notarial law.
