Associate Lawyer - Corporate and Intellectual Property
Degree in Law and Master in Corporate Business Law from the American University (UAM) with a Diploma in International Trust Law taught by the Latin American Trust Congress (COLAFI) in collaboration with the Latin American Federation of Banks (FELABAN). She has more than six years of experience in corporate matters and with special emphasis on intellectual property, trademark registration processes, trade names, renewals, copyrights and related rights.
She also has experience in the public and private financial system, specializing in the preparation of commercial contracts, public financing deeds and of various natures, substantially in practice areas of Administrative and Banking Law. Advice to national and foreign clients in corporate and corporate matters, also provides accompaniment in immigration processes, residence applications, residence renewals, extensions of stay, among others.
