Associate Attorney - Litigation Department
Degree in Law from the Universidad Centroamericana (UCA), Master in Corporate Business Law, with a specialization in Procedural Execution from the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua (UNAN). He has served as an executing attorney in judicial and prejudicial processes of portfolio recovery for recognized companies in the country and has more than twelve years of experience in the legal area. He currently leads the litigation area of our firm.
He also provides corporate and real estate advice to national and foreign investors in the creation of new companies, acquisition of real estate and commercial transactions of various kinds.
