Degree in Law from the Catholic University Redementoris Mater, Managua Nicaragua, Master in Business Law, from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain, with more than twenty-three years in the legal field, mainly in Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Intellectual Property, Banking and Civil Litigation. He has participated in countless corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate, due diligence, review of corporate loans or syndicated loans, and has also represented national and foreign investors in real estate and commercial transactions. 

He was an in-house lawyer in the Corporate Advisory Department of Grupo Pellas for 6 years, where he had the opportunity to be part of different transactions within this important business group. He was also an associate lawyer at Consortium Legal, for 4 years, working in the area of real estate, intellectual property, and labor, civil and banking litigation. He is currently a member of the Nicaraguan Costa Rican Chamber of Industry and Commerce (CADICONIC); member of the Mexican Nicaraguan Chamber of Industry and Commerce (CAMEXNIC) and member of the official Spanish Chamber of Commerce of Nicaragua.
